What BioTabular provides
BioTabular helps researchers describe data, choose a statistical method, run supported local analyses, and prepare configurable figures without sending the working dataset to an application server.
How to use it
Start with the Decision guide when you need help framing a method. Use the Workspace when you are ready to import de-identified data, confirm variable roles, and run a supported analysis.
Scope and limits
BioTabular is decision support, not clinical, statistical, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for study design, assumptions, interpretation, and protocol-specific requirements.
Editorial approach
BioTabular publishes educational statistical explanations for researchers. Resource articles are checked against the cited statistical references and reviewed for clarity, practical usefulness, and internal consistency before publication. A review date identifies the latest substantive editorial review; it does not indicate clinical or regulatory endorsement.
Data boundary
Do not upload live Patient Health Information or direct identifiers. The website currently omits missing values from calculations that require complete data; it does not impute values.
